The Home Barista Championship showcases the art of home brewing using SMEG home coffee machines. Each competitor gets 20 minutes to showcase their skills by crafting six drinks.
Singapore Home Roasting Championship Supported by the Singapore Coffee Association, the Singapore Home Roasting Championship brings together local coffee practitioners and the home barista community in celebration of the craft of roasting.
The Championship also serves as a platform to introduce the Santoker roasting machine to Singapore’s coffee scene, while showcasing an innovative cupping method using two temperatures — part of the ASEAN Coffee Federation’s Coffee Appreciation Protocol (ACAP) developed by the ASEAN Coffee Institute.
